Dan Deery CDJR is looking for an enthusiastic, goal driven individual to be part of the Business Development Center. This person will work toward driving revenue for the dealership, just as the floor representatives do! A professional appearance and courteous, yet persuasive, phone manner is needed. The ideal candidate should be well organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the car industry, while car knowledge is not required. Computer skills must be advanced and if hired, you must be flexible with your schedule as nights and/or weekends are not uncommon.
The job responsibilities will include: contacting leads by phone or email to assist them with their purchase. persuading the customer to book an appointment, scheduling appointments for customer to come in and look at their options as well as connect them to a sales representative, following up with all leads to let them know what cars are available; and, most of all, represent the dealership with excellent service and customer care.
This position will directly affect the dealership's goals and objectives', so being motivated to play as part of the team is a must!
